Welcome to the Hyper Bole 2018 Registration Page! Please note that there are four separate links for registration: one for existing poetry club sponsors, one for students who are not affiliated with a school sponsored poetry club, one for students who are merely interested in partaking in the day's activities as opposed to competing, and one for George Mason University students and faculty. Please make sure that you click on the appropriate link to complete registration.

CLUB SPONSORS

If you are a sponsor of an existing poetry club within your school, please click on the following link to complete registration for your club's competing member(s). The registration fee is $25.00 per participant which includes entry to the competition and workshops, a t-shirt, and dinner. If your school is registering five or more poets, however, the registration fee is only $20.00 per participant. Registration payment for your poet(s) will be due on the day of the event, February 24th, 2018.

NON-AFFILIATED STUDENT COMPETITORS

If you are a 9th-12th grader who is not affiliated with a school sponsored poetry club but is interested in representing your school as an individual poet, please click on the following link to complete registration. All competing poets, regardless of age, need an adult supervisor/sponsor to accompany them to the event, so please make sure your adult sponsor has agreed to chaperone you before registering. The registration fee is $25.00 per participant and includes entry to the competition and workshops, a t-shirt, and dinner. Your registration payment will be due on the day of the event, February 24th, 2018, and must be submitted by the adult supervisor whose information is provided in the registration form.

NON-COMPETITIVE PARTICIPANTS

If you are 9th-12th grader who is interested in merely participating in the day's workshops, please click on the following link to complete registration. All non-competitive participants, regardless of age, need an adult supervisor/sponsor to accompany them to the event, so please make sure your adult sponsor has agreed to chaperone you before registering. The registration fee is $10.00 per participant and includes entry to the workshops, a t-shirt, and dinner. Your registration payment will be due on the day of the event, February 24th, 2018, and must be submitted by the adult supervisor whose information is provided in the registration form.

GEORGE MASON UNIVERSITY STUDENTS

If you are a current George Mason University student or faculty member who would like to attend one of the afternoon's breakout sessions or participate in the GMU student slam, please click on the link below. The slam and workshops are free of charge to all students and faculty. There are a limited number of spaces available, so please register as soon as possible!
